AIState sells digital goods: in-game Coins, the Supreme Leader subscription and one-time access to AIBorder. Earlier one-time AIState country/scenario unlocks remain supported for existing purchasers. This page explains how they are delivered and our refund terms.

1. Delivery

Delivery is digital and automatic. After a successful payment, Coins are credited, AIState subscription benefits are activated, and AIBorder licences are linked to your account, normally within a few minutes. No physical goods are shipped. If your purchase has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact us with your payment receipt and we will resolve it.

2. Refunds

Digital purchases can be delivered immediately. We review refund requests in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law; your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

We will, however, issue a refund where:

you were charged but the item was never delivered and we cannot deliver it; or
you were charged in error or more than once for the same order; or
a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

3. Subscriptions

The Supreme Leader subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period unless required by law.

4. How to request help or a refund

Email trad3m1rk@gmail.com from the address on your account, including your username and the payment receipt or order reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.
